Privacy Policy
In this policy, “we” means Junk Bros Junk Removal LLC, doing business as Junk Bros. It explains what we collect when you fill out a form on this site or send us your details through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, why we collect it, and what we do with it. What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect the information you type into the form, such as:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The address or ZIP code of the job
- Details about the job you describe to us
- Whether you ticked the text message consent box
We also record technical details that come with the visit: the page you submitted from, the site or ad that sent you, and advertising identifiers stored in cookies. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you send us your details through a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the information you entered in that form. We use it the same way as information from our own quote form, and this policy applies to it.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your quote and schedule your job
- To answer questions you send us
- To send you occasional offers, if you agreed to that
- To understand which ads bring people to us, so we stop paying for the ones that do not
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Junk Bros at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (724) 602-6371 and ask to be taken off the list.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies in your browser so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and show ads to people who visited this site. It records that a visit or a form submission happened and passes advertising identifiers to Meta.
When you ask for a quote, we may also tell Meta that it happened so we can see which ads bring in jobs. With that we send your name, email address and phone number in hashed form (scrambled one way before it leaves our systems, so it cannot be read back). Meta uses them only to match the event to an ad. Your text message consent is never part of this.
You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and through your ad preferences inside Facebook and Instagram.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the business and this site. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:
- HighLevel, our customer records, texting and email system
- Vercel, which hosts this site
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement as described above
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and job records for as long as you are a customer or an active lead, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
